Ollidev is the one-person AI product engineering company of Olli Hämäläinen. I design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled products for founders, CTOs, and product teams, from first prototype to launch-ready product.
I'm a full-stack developer focused on AI-enabled products with polished UIs. I work AI-native, mainly with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, with a strong emphasis on product quality.
Background
My focus on product quality comes from 15+ years across product development, software engineering, and customer-facing roles. Before freelancing I spent nearly a decade at Smartly.io, where I led a global support team, debugged a mountain of customer cases hands-on, built product features, and ran performance marketing campaigns for global advertisers.
That mix of hands-on engineering and product thinking helps me scope the smallest thing that works, then ship it fast.
What I do
- Build reliable agents across OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini with tools, guardrails, tracing, evals, and analytics.
- Ship LLM features like structured outputs, RAG search, and workflow automations that feel native to your product.
- Deploy products on Hetzner and migrate apps off Lovable, Vercel, or Render.
- Migrate and rewrite early AI prototypes into the next version of the product.
- Keep costs predictable and performance reliable through tracing, caching, and monitoring, including for AI workloads.
